2.1. These Regulations set out the rules for using the e-shop.
2.2. These Regulations are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.
2.3. These Regulations specify, in particular:
2.3.1. The rules for registering and using an e-shop account
2.3.2. The terms and conditions of electronic submission of Orders within the e-shop
2.3.3. The rules for concluding Sales Agreements using the services provided within the e-shop
2.4. Use of the e-shop is possible provided that the IT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements: a device with internet access.
2.5. In order to use the e-shop, Customers should obtain their own access to a computer station or terminal equipment with access to the internet.
2.6. Pursuant to applicable laws, the Seller reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the e-shop to persons under the age of 18 years. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
2.7. Customers may access these Regulations at any time via the link on the home page of the www.craftjungle.pl site.
3.1. Registration in the e-shop is optional. Customers can place orders without registering in the e-shop after reading and accepting these Regulations.
3.2. Registration occurs by filling in the registration form provided on one of the e-shop pages with all the required data and accepting it.
3.3. Registration is conditional to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of personal data necessary to fulfill orders placed in the e-shop.
3.4. In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the e-shop services provided, the Seller shall take technical and organizational measures adequate for the security risk of the services provided, in particular, measures to prevent unauthorized access and modification of personal data sent via the internet.
3.5. Customers are required, in particular, to:
3.5.1. not provide or disclose content prohibited by law, for example, content that promotes violence, defames or infringes upon the personal or other rights of third parties
3.5.2. use the e-shop in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, in particular, by using specific software or devices
3.5.3. not take actions such as sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) in the e-shop
3.5.4. use the e-shop in a way that is not burdensome for other Customers or for the Seller
3.5.5. use all content within the e-shop only for personal use
3.5.6. use the e-shop in a manner consistent with the laws and regulations in force within the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with the general rules of using the internet
3.6. If a Customer breaches the Regulations, the Seller may deprive the Customer of the right to use the e-shop, and may limit their access to part or all of the e-shop’s resources, with immediate effect. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the e-shop cannot re-register without the prior consent of the Seller.
4.1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the e-shop, please go to www.craftjungle.pl, make a selection of goods, and take further technical steps based on the messages displayed and the information available on the website.
4.2. Customers choose the goods they want to order by adding them to the cart.
4.3. When submitting an Order, Customers have the option to modify the data they have entered and specification of the Goods they have chosen until they click the button confirming Order submission. To this end, Customers should follow the messages displayed and information available on the website.
4.4. Once a Customer using the e-shop has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will include a description of the selected goods, the total price, and all other costs.
4.5. To send an Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide the personal information marked as mandatory, and click the button confirming submission of the Order.
4.6. In the event that the Seller’s bank account has not been credited within 2 working days of the order approval date, the contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller is terminated.
4.7. Information on the Goods provided in the e-shop constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. A Customer sending an Order is tantamount to a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller, in accordance with the Regulations. The agreement is deemed to be concluded as soon as the Customer’s Order is received by the e-shop’s IT system, provided that the Order complies with the Regulations. Upon the conclusion of the agreement, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming all relevant elements of the Order.
4.8. Sales agreements are concluded in Polish, and the content is in accordance with the Regulations.
5.1. Estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-3 working days.
5.1.1. In the absence of the availability of the ordered goods, the customer is immediately notified of this fact by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by him. In such a situation, the Customer has the possibility to change the order in whole or in part or resign from the whole Order. If the order is canceled, the Customer’s payment for the Goods ordered which can not be delivered will be refunded immediately by the Seller, not later than within 7 days of the Customer’s notice of cancellation of the order.
5.2. Delivery of the Goods is limited to Poland, other European Union countries and the United States of America. Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during Order submission.
5.3. Delivery of ordered Goods is made via the courier Apaczka.pl.
5.3.1. It is recommended that the Customer, when receiving a shipment with the Goods, has checked its condition. In case of damage or violation of the package, it is advisable to prepare the damage protocol in the presence of the courier, which, together with any complaint, should be sent immediately to the Seller.
5.4. There is the option pick up in person at the Seller’s headquarters at: ul. Zeylanda 4/8, 60‑808 Poznań – Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

5.11. Establishing, securing, making available and confirming to the Customer the essential provisions of the Agreement for the Sale of Goods shall be made by sending the Customer an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, and by attaching an Order specification, and VAT invoice or receipt to the shipment with the Goods.

6.1. The prices of Goods are listed in PLN, EUR or US dollars (depending on the language version selected).
6.2. Prices quoted in PLN, EUR and US dollars include all components, including VAT, at the rate applicable in Poland.
6.3. Prices do not include any additional taxes and customs duties applicable at the customer’s place of residence – these fees are borne solely by the customer.
6.4. Customers are able to make payments in EUR and US dollars by way of:
6.4.1. The PayPal system
7.1.1. Exchange of goods involves the return of the product in accordance with the return procedure and the placing of the new order. Warning! There is no possibility of exchanging goods in a single transaction – a separate payment is required when ordering a new product.
7.1.2. The cost of shipping the goods being returned shall be borne by the Customer.
7.2.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, Customers have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. The period for withdrawing from the agreement shall expire 14 days after the date on which the Customer took possession of the Goods.
7.2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement, the Customer should inform the Seller of their decision by sending a printed and completed ‘Returns Form’ together with the Goods
7.2.3. Returned Goods must be unaltered, ie they must have original labels and may not carry any marks of use. It should be packed in the right way, ensuring no damage during transport.
7.2.4. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller shall return the payment received minus delivery costs to the Customer, immediately and in any event not later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the Goods returned.

8.1. The Seller is liable to a Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code in respect of warranty for defects within the scope set out in the Civil Code, in particular in Article 556 and Article 556(1)-556(3) of the Civil Code.
8.2. If you use the right to file a complaint, you must complete the “Complaint Form” and return it together with the complained Goods and, if possible, a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to: Craft Jungle, ul. Zeylanda 4/8, 60-808 Poznań, Poland.
8.3. The Seller is obliged to handle the complaint within 14 days to the date of receiving the advertised Goods from the Customer. The customer will be informed about the method of complaint handling by email to the e-mail address given in the “Complaint Form”.
9.1. The Seller shall take measures to ensure that the e-shop is functioning properly, to the extent based on current technical knowledge, and agrees to eliminate any irregularities reported by Customers within a reasonable time.
9.2. Customers are required to immediately notify the Seller of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the e-shop at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org
9.3. In the complaint, the Customer should provide their name and surname, mailing address, as well as the type and date of the irregularity that occurred related to the functioning of the e-shop.
9.4. The Seller undertakes to consider all complaints within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer, within this period, when the complaint will be processed.
10.1. Settlement of possible disputes arising between the Seller and a Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
10.2. Settlement of possible disputes arising between the Seller and a Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the competent court for the seat of the Seller.
10.3. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services, and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
10.4. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions do not apply to orders placed before such a change; then the order is then executed on the basis of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the Customer submits the order.
10.5. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 25.07.2017.
